The color palette is one more pertinent cosideration when enhancing your nursery. Most people are under the impression that that you ought to only use the lighter shades in small rooms, however there is essentially more to it than that. You should be able to have color and still make the nursery seem bigger by decorating with colors that have the same brightness, or choosing a monochromatic decorating theme. For a more varied use bright yellows and oranges which all reflect an equal intensity or to get a calm and peaceful look focus on a monochromatic palette of pale blues. If you want to create a feeling of depth, paint a wall an intense, deep color. For wall paint colors, pale tints such as blue gray will have an overall more spacious appearance since they make the walls appear to recede. You will achieve the same illusion with all of the cool tints - meaning those in the purple, blue and green shades. Know you know, decorating a small nursery can be easy. When all is said and done there are a lot of approaches that you could employ into making even the smallest of spaces give the illusion of the equivalent to designer showcase rooms - it simply requires a little creativity.
